About the Cake
This cake brings together the sweetness of fresh fruits with the buttery goodness of our vanilla tart crust. This dessert consists of a base of shortcrust pastry, which is then filled with a lemon almond cream.
The tart is then topped with vanilla sponge cake, vanilla custard cream and an array of colorful fruits which vary depending on the season.
